Healthy Holidays Challenge! Are you on the "don't gain, just maintain" holiday eating plan or do you want to actively lose weight? Christmas is 5 weeks from today! 2020 is just 6 weeks! Yikes! Happening soooo fast. I plan on losing weight even though there are so many tempting tidbits at every turn. I want to make this my healthiest holiday season ever, with a few "extras" here and there. Any tips for healthy holiday foods or sticking to the diet?

I think I’ll aim to lose a couple more pounds before the holidays and then maintain until the new year. I’m giving myself up to Dec 20 to keep losing.

I want to lose weight before new years since i am travelling. But i wake up very early 6 am and sleep late around 10pm so i try to eat responsibly but its hard since the eating period is too long. I hope i lose some....
