My challenge saved me from emotional eating this evening (& nicking one of my daughter's creme eggs!) after an upsetting discussion. My default reaction is to want to eat something, particularly sweet things, but luckily by the time I got home it was past 9pm and I remembered the challenge, and thus was saved from myself - hurrah!
