Met calorie goal. PT 45 minutes. Bike 12.
I guess I did a good job stretching out my hip/leg last night, because I felt great today at PT! The physical therapist told me that I did the perfect thing for my leg.
Rode my bike for 12 minutes today...first time since the surgery. I didn't push it, but hope to work back up to 30 minutes soon.
It's actually chilly right now, 57 degrees. It's supposed to get to 37 tonight. Still no rain.
