Today my goal is not to eat the junk in the office. I am in Real Estate in a small, rural town. There is always something I shouldn't eat in the office. I have an apple, some WW snack bars and a Healty Choice Paninni. PLENTY for today.

Breakfast: 1 cup of Low Fat cottage chees and 1/4 cup All Bran Coffee with low-fat creamer tomorrow I'll measure, since the above are guestiments.
