Well I'm home again, the a/c in the truck broke down and so we are home to get it fixed and may not leave out till Monday. It was a terrible week for food but so showing no signs. I want a new set of scales. Normally I do most of the cooking in the truck and we have a fridge, crockpot and george foreman grill. This week cause it was so hot we just couldn't. If you make me stick to eating in the truck I do pretty good but when we have to eat out whew. I was pretty good though one day we ate at KFC and I ate no bread 1 baked chicken wing, veggies and a salad.

Oh sorry to hear you did not get to set yourself back on track but never fear, just get everything sorted, brush yourself off and set yourself back on track. Do not let last week pull you down as you say you did not have a completely bad week so just move forward with that in mind, you know you can do this, hope the truck a/c is fixed soon for you, enjoy your weekend. Be happy and healthy stay positive :)

Oh honie, what causes the back problem? Its one of the worse things to suffer with I feel for you, Hope the Dr can fix you quick. Will you let me know how things go, try to keep comfy, speak soon Mo

I wasn't having any until I hurt it the my back the other day, I was setting on the back deck with my granddaughter bent over and when I went to straightened up pain shot thru my left hip and up my back. It feels more muscle.

Still is not pleasant I have suffered back pain which re occurs from time to time, it can be so uncomfortable but if you say it is muscular then repair should not be difficult Let me know how it goes at the dr. Are you taking anything for the pain? Mo
