Made pasta sauce last night with whole wheat linguini. Twas good and I didn't overeat, which is unusual. I've gotten in the habit of eating a brown cow junior after meals, and that needs to stop. Just one a day.
And we're back to cold and rainy winter again today after having temps in the high 80s earlier this week.
