I'm thankful for a GREAT WEEK! I lost two pounds. Net Carbs averaged 26g per day. Fats averaged 67%. Fiber averaged 30g. Calories averaged 1,676 per day (less than my 2,000 RDI). Water averaged 53 oz. a day. Walking averaged over 6/10 of a mile per day but total miles went from 3 last week to 4.5 this week, which is a 50% improvement! I've been recording everything I eat (and I haven't had any Ambien episodes!) In addition to my FS goals, I've kept up with my daily Bible reading, and this year so far I've read/studied three books and striven to keep my thoughts positive and thankful. It's wonderful to feel successful again, after 8 months of being off the rails!!!

Debbie, how are you getting your fiber on such low carbs? It's always short for me.

@erikahollister, I eat Atkins Endulge bars - 8 or 9 grams of Fiber with only 2-3 Net Carbs in each one. I also have been eating avocado, and this morning I had the High-Fiber One-Minute Flax Muffin made as pancakes with syrup.
