Well, my weigh in on Sat was great, but my eating over the weekend not so great, I did write it all down, but went over my points for the end of the week. So, new week, new mini challenge, did not get any cardio in on Sat or Sun, soooo that means I have to do my 30 min cardio mon-fri to get in all 5, got it in today (x2!), can't wait to see what happens to the scale this week!!
