Päiväkirja - diariescs, 03 touko 13

Today, I measured cereal for the first time. One cup of cereal is a lot! That actually made me smile a lot because it meant I could eat something I like (read: LOVE) and not feel guilty about it. I also drank a 500ml bottle of water before eating anything. I'm trying to increase my water intake. If I could at least get it back up to 2L/day I and my body will be happy.

Also going back to my trusted alli. I have a weird feeling about it this time because I bought this bottle off amazon and, for some reason, I'm not getting any of the side effects, which makes me feel like it's not working like it should. Has anyone experienced the same lack of side effect? Should I purchase a new bottle just to be safe?

Aaaaand, lastly, I'm trying out raspberry ketones. Opinions, guys? Yes? No?
