My ultra spicy Tinga de pollo killed me last night. I wonder if it's possible for your spicy tolerance to decline with age. Or maybe it's just that I've been out of practice for so long. Either way, I'm having it for lunch today.
6 mile run with new running group tonight. I ran with friends last week which was fun. I'm a little hesistant to run with the new group bec only guys are showing up tonight. I was left in the dust last time I ran with an all male group.
