Ok everyone, I'm back, again! For the past few months, I had lost track of EVERYTHING with my dieting and watching my healthy eating habits and just everything due to being in this glorious honeymoon phase. I have a wonderful new man in my life who is so fully supportive of me that I cannot describe him. Finally getting myself back on track this past Saturday, my weight had fluctuated up and down between 152 and 160 b just since Saturday, February 1, I restarted on the keto coffee and Qsymia and have gotten myself down to 152.3 and wearing my Fitbit am walking a minimum of 2.5 miles per day so by the time I have my next appointment with my Dr., in April, I think I'll have everything in order for him to refer me, finally, for the plastic surgery (panniculectomy) that I have been in dire need of for 4 years.., ANYWAYS, it's great to be back and say 'Hello' to everyone again., and I want to say thank you all in advance for all of the love and support you all have given me through all of my ups and downs and my being here and sudden disappearances!., You are all such wonderful people and I am here for you all as you have all been here for me.
