I have been TRYING to do the diet for 2 days now and thought I was doing pretty good. I KNOW I did well yesterday but today....I had a cup of oj with breakfast and...OMGosh....I REALLY should have looked at the carbs before drinking it. Needless to say, I won't be having THAT again anytime soon.
