I'm addicted to this website. I guess that's good, it's keeping me focused on how I'm eating, how I'm acting, and what I'm feeling. I'm struggling with too little calories. One week ago I would have said to myself, "that's a tough problem to have" - but really, I'm scared to eat to cause a craving. When I start eating, it's like that first drink... well, I think I'm missing some whole wheats/grains in my diet. That'll help the calorie levels. I was looking for an inspiration picture - you know one of those that makes you go "EEEWWWW!!!!" Then I realized that I always have them deleted instantly. So here's one of the pictures that slipped through... my "Before" picture.
