Päiväkirja - Emerald17, 13 syys 10

I was worried I wouldn't be able to Zumba at all today. I started my Zumba experience on Saturday evening, and then did another 20 minute session on Sunday morning. My goal was to try to Zumba in the mornings, but since I had to nurse my 2-month old every 2 hours last night, I was a little beat by morning time. PLUS, he wouldn't go back to sleep before my 2-year old woke up, so I had lost my chance. BUT, it's now 10:04 p.m. and I just finished my 20 Minute Express + some light weights and extra dancing (to music on my MP3), so I feel good! =) We'll see how long that lasts though, because my 2-month old might try to pull another all-nighter on me.

Let's see what I can get in tomorrow...(maybe SOMETHING...maybe NOTHING.)

I do Zumba too. I love it. It definatly has me sweating in minutes and it's so much fun. I did 30 minutes of it this morning and just did another 20.
