well ive been sitting in my home not doing much since having knee surgery on the 24th so my loss has slowed

amazingly ive been on owl since the 25th and have added some carbs (about 40 per day now) and ive still lost at least two pounds,

cant wait to get back to at least normal activity and soon after some walking and cardio to get the metabolism jacked up a bit.

Stick with it guys dont forget the water and dont let a plateu discourage you.

You are doing so GREAT! You have almost met your goal. Keep it up. I found a pasta that is low carb if you are interested. The brand is dreamfiels and it is supposed to only have 5 grams of digestable carbs per serving. I havent tried it myself yet but they sell it at Krogers. Good Luck!
