Monday morning... first day of new diet. (Yesterday was practice run, ha, but did OK.) My problem I think is lack of exercise, but changing that is a tuffy for me. Planning menus ahead and having the proper food ready before I get hungry is important and I think the recipe section on here will help. I like that you can enter some of your own and it will figure nutritional values. Hope I find the time to keep this going.
