So Yesterday I was jammin' with a nice little deficit going into the evening. Alas, I am a creature of the night and stayed up late watching the TIVO'd basketball game. Killed my good day with some late night snacking...probably the single most important factor in slow to no loss for me. If I simply went to bed earlier I would knock out 4-500 calories a day I bet. Well, Practice, not perfection! I am back down to my pre vacay weight though, so that's good.
