I didn't weigh in this week. My dog had something wrong with her mouth and chins (she's a Sharpei) neck. I had to take her to the vet. I live in a small town almost 7000 ft in the mountains of southern utah. It takes an hour each way to get to the nearest city.
I'm doing ok this week. Having "the girls" over tomorrow night and making eggplant lasagna. It looks good and within program.
We'll see what happens next week at the scale.
