Oh man - hosting a large delegation of managers & sales staff at work, all of who love to party, and the head of sales threw a Happy Hour last night to end all Happy Hours. I couldn't resist - and my caloric intake was greater than my expediture. Rode bike this morning to work hoping to burn some of that off, and will ride home, but if I gain this week instead of losing, will know why! Cr@p!
