I am so excited that The Biggest Loser airs tonight! It is my favorite show and really helps with my motivation to see others struggle and strive to change. This is my third week watching my food intake and the weight just isn't coming off like it used to. With all the potlucks and social gatherings that seem to happen each week it is hard to keep up the motivation. I did try a new recipe and liked it a lot (I will post it this week as part of my challenge) and that helped with not getting bored with my food. I need to remember that the alternative to this is feeling awful and depressed and not liking myself. No matter what, this is the better road. Maybe the longer I do this the more it will feel like a life change and not a diet. That is the mantra I have to keep telling myself!
