You are doing great.  

You should have seen my heaviest when I was 248 long before my surgery., I was in size 24's., now I'm in 4's for pants  

You should be proud of yourself and all the hard work you have done lose weight.  

You look fabulous in both pics and I can certainly see the difference. And those blue eyes!!! 😍 Great job, be proud and be happy! Awesome!

Aloha, Jess🤙🏼 I joined FS in Aug 2019 and found it can be a great forum for encouragement, support, and tools to find what works to successfully reach weight loss goals. I checked out member profiles and followed those who are consistent, focused, and health minded instead of those who just use FS for a personal diary, popularity contest, or social outlet. You're at the tail end of your journey...now let that encourage you to push through from green to blue because YOU deserve your best life! Btw, being able to do a cartwheel is a valid NSV to shoot for so go for it 😊
