Still back on track, no change on the scale. It's early yet and I'm trying some new things. Not eating dinner past 6 pm. Other than that i've been mindful of my caloric intake but not totally counting every last one. (even though I know that works.) Still just over all eating healthy and eating the specific things that I need to eat. I'm back to jogging as well. I went jogging for an hour the other morning. It was a lot of fun! Will report more as time passes.
