Thank you for the love but I personally couldn’t see myself competing. It’s such a compliment that anyone would even suggest that. I’m just enjoying seeing what my body is capable when I push myself past my comfort zone. Thank you!

Well to make a long story short...I eat around 1200-1400 calories of healthy food a day and do a lot of cardio and strength training almost every morning. I don’t have a lot of cheat foods and try and eat my body weight in protein grams (if you are 150 lbs, eat 150g of protein) hope that helps...

The scale probably isn’t moving as you’ve been gaining muscle and losing fat. Muscle ways more than fat, if you see that your gaining weight don’t get discouraged as you might just be getting more muscle mass💕
