Yesterday was one of those days that my belly was full, but my mouth wanted to EAT, EAT, EAT! I tried salty foods, sweet foods, anything, everything, just to try and satisfy my cravings - there was nothing that would make it quit. Normally this feeling goes away after 30 minutes or so, ALL DAY LONG!
Alas, I survived, only busting my limits by 300 calories or so. I can handle that. I've been very active the past few days with packing the house up & doing last minute home repairs.
