Well, I struggled this week and it is so hard to get back on program after going off. This is the story of my life! My weight should have been up by more, but I tried to keep going on my treadmill even if I didn't push myself as hard. I have to make a choice...what do I really want? The food really isn't worth it. I need to take it one day at a time--just get through today and write everything down--no matter what I eat.
