Slowly getting back to the 170's. Today is back and biceps. And it's Friday. And I'm off Monday. All of which is awesome. My abs, legs and triceps are super sore- in a fantastic way. Got the lawn mowed last night and some more weeds pulled. 2 people stopped to tell me they love how our house looks. I don't know if they are blind or what the hell is wrong with them- but it was nice to hear. One guy was particularly chatty trying to talk from his car and was a quiet talker at that- so I had to go over to his window and he was telling me about the previous owners and how much he likes what we have done. Meanwhile- we have lived here 12+ years and that's not who we bought it from so not sure how far back he was going. Some days people are just in more of a mood to chat and last night was one of them.
