Busy getting ready for company today. I am not planning well so yesterday I was foraging for whatever was around and most of it was not healthy. Didn't even bother recording it. Ugh. At least so far this morning all I've had is my usual oatmeal breakfast. I will have a tomato/avocado/spinach salad for lunch. Have not hit any of the Halloween trick or treat stuff, for which I deserve a gold star. However, I did tap my dark chocolate bar a few more times than I should've yesterday. Think positive, think positive...

Hopefully, you'll be too busy with company, so the treat bowl will not be a temptation. Fortunately for me, I'm allergic to everything in my own treat bowl.
