Achievement post . As of 5 minutes ago I had a plate full of rice and beef stew infront of me. Just to give everyone a brief layout of my day, had my litres of water for the day, reached my calorie intake and I was feeling the munchies and plus the cold. So fast forward I'm staring at the plate thinking my morning workout will just be my burning this off since Imma go to sleep in a few. I am not hungry so why am I eating? I finally just decided it wasn't worth it. Super proud to share this with y'all. It's a learning process and I'm learning how to ask myself the right questions.💪😊
