Stopped at a friends house last night to chat for a bit... she hadn't seen me since I started. You could tell by the look on her face that she was shocked. I'm really happy that I'm losing weight & getting more fit. The flip side is that I know people really struggle with it & I don't want them to feel bad at my expense of feeling great. Hmmm... I suppose I've felt that way many times before, a twang of jealousy when you know your friend is looking really good.
