Well I guess my walking will have to wait for a few weeks. I fell yesterday, turned my ankle and chipped a bone in my foot (BIG TOE). Nothing to do the doctor says except keep ice on it and protect it. Doctor says it will be better in a few weeks. Just glad I didn't cause damage to my hip replacement. That just means I will have to cut way back on the calories this week. I am not getting off to a good start today. I didn't gain any this past week but I also didn't lose anymore either.
