Today is day 1 of my preparation for a colonoscopy so only able to have clear liquids today and tomorrow. I will admit to not wanting to go do this but I am going to not just for myself but because I have a sister who is facing very serious surgery on her brain. I know she is scared as anyone would be. She has already endured a stroke and been permanently disabled. So I'm going to buck up and do this because it is nothing in comparison to what she is dealing with. My dear sister has not just been my sister but a best friend I've had all my life. I hope everyone has a great day.

It is very important. I have a few family members that have had issues. Kudos to you for going through with a rather uncomfortable procedure. I will say a prayer for your sister. Try to have a good day too!

Thank you Yolanda prayers are very much appreciated. Today, my last day of liquid diet I do have to say I love Mexican food. So hopefully once all is done tomorrow I can treat myself to some tacos.
