I think this is water weight. I did well yesterday on food and not eating too much. I also worked out for 30 minutes of cardio. I must have retained water because I had a stomach ache all afternoon and was feeling better this morning when I woke up. I feel full this morning, too, so we will see. I am just trying to maintain a weight for the next couple of weeks to get on track in my pregnancy. I am 17 weeks along now and I am a little bit over the weight I had anticipated (and I should be) at this point. I just felt bad all afternoon, but am hoping for a better day and the weight to drop back to around 142 or, even better, 141.
