I am sitting on around 1550 calories a day, assuming that I have no functions. I try to exercise every day, I have 3 Border Collie dogs that I walk, we do about 7.5 kms in about 1:10 mins. This makes a huge difference to my weight loss. I lose most of my weight with this daily exercise. I used to go to the gym, but I found that I was hungry afterward which interfered with my Intermittent Fasting which is 18:6. What I am doing now is watching my portion control which I never have done in the past. This is really working well because as long as I am eating low carb I don’t really need to count calories anymore. I am still tracking my calories until I reach my goal weight, just to make sure that I am on the right track. I am hoping that by concentrating on portion control I won’t put back the weight on which is what always happens. I went out for supper on Saturday night at a friend's house and only the next day did I realize how little that I actually ate, and was not hungry.
