My weight has shot back up! Although not the original weight I am still down 5kgs I haven't been dieting or exercising at all.
I can't make any excuses because I would be lying to myself I haven't been doing it.
Today I will start OMAD again and I will do this until January! Thankfully Christmas is not a big deal here so I can get it done.
Target weight is now 14KGS away!
