7 day water fast - day 6: Weight 83.5kg. So the scale isn’t moving down as fast as I thought it would. Was expecting 82kg by today. Still think it’s the water retention or my stubborn body. Anyways, Feels good to be at the tail end of the fast. Can’t wait to cross the finishing line.
