Journaling is such a good thing. So i was going back in my food diary. Thank God for apps. And I’ve discovered that despite being within my calorie budget each day for the past few months, my carbohydrates have always been double what it should be 👀 😳 this explains why my insulin was high. So I’m not going to follow a diabetic diet, I’m just going to monitor my macros instead of my calories because for me, I think that’s why I am losing so slowly. I feel like i can breathe a sigh of relief abit. Anyway, thanks for all the support. I do appreciate it.
