My biggest danger time is night time. I am an evening snacker - I love to eat while watching tv. Last night I was in the mood but chose healthy snacks. Rice Krispies and milk and a popsicle instead of cookies or cake or chips. In fact, I took all the left over cake and froze it for hen we have company in so it would not be easy to get at. My biggest issue I know will be my husband. We eat together and the past 7 years our relationship was built on food. He is also overweight and eats non stop. He eats very unhealthy food but it doesn't show up as easily on him. I have asked for help and support but he is set in his ways. I need to be my own best friend on this one!
