Another minor milestone. I broke 220. This morning's weigh-in was 219.5. I haven't been in the teen's for almost 10 years. It really feels good. Now if I can just maintain while I'm on the road this week. Thanks to everyone for supporting my journal and my efforts. keep up the challenge and keep drinking water. It works, I know, I'm losing and that's what I've changed.
