OOOPS! Too much spinach dip yesterday. Right now, I'm in the mentality of getting rid of everything I will not be eating on my diet. Now, if "getting rid of" meant throwing away, I'd be in good shape -But it means EATING it! So far, I've managed to avoid hitting 260. I hope I can maintain that through the rest of the year! MIGHT start my diet on Monday - YES, it will be a "diet" - not in the mindset yet for a "lifestyle change" yet. I've never found an eating plan that allows me to lose weight in a way that is maintainable for a lifetime. Keto works great for allowing me to lose weight, but it is so restrictive that when I go OFF it, I go hog wild with carbs after them having been so restricted. Still time for God to inspire me with something that will WORK and that will REMAIN DOABLE for me! Any suggestions for someone with little WILL POWER and discipline???
