I think you need an emotional day off. watch a sad movie, have a good cry, then watch a really funny feel good movie. I find a good cry can release a lot of tension coming from sadness or emotional pain. Just don't wallow in it. Find the silver lining and focus on that. My thoughts are with you.

So sorry to hear about the poor doggie... But kudos for doing your best to save him/her. I am such an animal lover and would have been absolutely shattered to go through the ordeal. I do, however, feel absolutely great during and after exercising. Not always before. Endorphins are the best thing ever, and it would make you feel so much better, the problem is getting started... Whenever I feel like I won't be able to work out, I negotiate with myself just to get started and give what I can... during the workout, I end up getting such a high, and always exceed my workout expectations. As Michelle mentioned - see the silver lining in the situation - the doggo experienced GREAT love <3 One last thought, I read this response from a young boy when some adults around him asked why doggos have such short lives: "People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life — like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right? Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don’t have to stay for as long as we do."

Argh i dont Know why I always get involved 😣 i mean I don’t mean to, people always come to my house because they know i will do what I can to help someone in need. It’s hard to turn your heart off when it comes to doggos. I took a nap now, my head feels better after the restless night. I might workout. Maaaaaaybe. Thanks again

When you go through a trauma, please be kind to yourself. Even when you are depressed. Take the day off. Do not work out. Spend it with God in prayer and with family members. Even activities that can help you forget about the event for a little while. Strongs.

Take time to heal, work through the pain, feel it and then forgive everyone involved including yourself so that the trauma you’ve experienced can become nothing more than a fact about about your past without the added feelings and thoughts of hurt, regret, shame or anger. Take the time to heal yourself sis. Listen to good podcasts and feed yourself positive thoughts and information as well❤️ goodluck
