So back on Dec 18th I weighed 271.2 gained roughly 7 lbs. I did not even come close to dieting at all. I restarted my diet in earnest on January 4th. Today I weighed myself and I weighed 271.1 so either I really ballooned up between the 18th and the 4th or I am going to weigh 271. Well see. I have staying at 1700 calories for a Sedentary lifestyle witch at my weight says I should be eating 1800 calories or less to lose 1-2 lbs. per week. Or my body wants to weigh 271 not matter what. I will reweigh myself in another week hopefully I will loose some of the 7 pounds I gained from back in September to December.
