I have done well today. Dancing to MJ on the WII for 45 minutes then training with BOB on the biggest loser had me soaked. I'm still working on this food thing. Trying to eat 1800 calories is hard. I think I will go over today. Hard to get 1800 right when you typically budget for 1500 calories.
