Have been slowly upping my water intake...loving it! Been feeling happy with my eating, no guilty mornings lately anyways. I am staying clear of popcorn because it is too salty and really loving the yogourt and cottage cheese. Found some yummy wheat pitas from a local bakery that are quite good and I am eating either those or home made bread when I want. Craving grapes and wish they were cheaper!
