Could only eat half of the coconut oil thingy I made the other night. I really don't like the taste of coconut oil at all. Anyway,that makes the entry for two days ago a bit wrong but I've put in the right amount for breakfast today. The little patty has been in the freezer for a couple of days and did actually taste better when I had it for breakfast this morning.

I'll have to find a good way to have the coconut oil. Have read about putting it in coffee with unsalted butter. I guess it would have to be strong coffee to mask the taste. Probably won't suit me as I'm allergic to coffee allthough I do have it occassionally, but very, very weak.

Realised I didn't have many, or any actually, vegetables yesterday. Today I'm going to snack on lettuce leaves.
