Devil won. That BBQ was good and I overindulged.
I need to get some veggies. Lately, most everything at the store has been freezer-burnt and mushy. I guess the nationwide snowy weather has hindered distribution. Maybe our farmers market has fresher stuff, but I think they depend on imports from warmer places too.
Enjoyed the weekend. Cleaned out some junk drawers and dusted in places I don't usually climb up to. Then spent some time searching for free piano sheet music and listening to great performances by Horowitz and Artur Rubinstein, mostly Chopin. It's fun to learn new pieces and I haven't done that in a few years. Nocturne in E Minor is a gorgeous song that I was not familiar with. Then took the pup out in the backyard since we've thawed out from last week's weather. He went crazy! Looked like a flying squirrel, leaping from one level of the yard to another. He dug some deep holes, got muddy, and I had to give him a bath. Thank goodness he takes his bath seriously.

Good morning, coco! Love classical music.. those are pretty much only selection I listen to.. It calms my soul. You could video while your puppy running. Should be so fun to watch.. Veggies sound good. They're low in cal and high in fiber and packed with nutrition. I love it! Enjoy your Monday, coco:)

Hi coco, I will definitley post that Loveboy song on Friday!...your weekend sounded lovely...so this barbecue was in the snow...right? Sounds like you had some fun filled moments, and accomplished a lot. Are you a listener or a piano player yourself?
