Starting to see the light. Not only with my weight but with everything else in my life. Starting to go more places. I had a argument with my husband and usually I will go right to food to make me feel better. This time I said "no" I have to stop using food like a drug. It can't make me feel better. I am going to stay focused and do what needs to be done. I know what I am. My strengths..my weaknesses. Take me as I am. If not get to steppin! Lol
