Hi Darlene. Thank you for your support. You've got me thinking twice about the Fat Fast. I've actually eaten very little all my life (normal weight is around 54kg) but I've been gradually putting on weight over the last few years after my back was broken. I've rarely eaten sugar or grain (except for oats for breakfast occasionally) and haven't eaten any packaged food for years.

I started dieting for real on February 1 when I weighed 81.6kg and was a bit desperate to know what to cut out of my diet. I had a very moderate diet, mostly just fresh wholesome food, without eating any low carb, low fat or food modified in any way.

The only thing I could do really, after reading a myriad of dieting books, was add more fat to my diet, but to be honest, I was a bit afraid that I was just going to get fatter. When I wrote that post a few days ago I was anxious that my fat just wasn't going to come off without doing something extreme but since I have been adding more fat recently, it seems that was the problem for me - not enough fat!

So today I am very happy to see that I have actually lost over 2kg though my boobs (that have never been large before) are disappearing at an alarming rate.
