I could not stop eating yesterday! Overall, I ate pretty healthy, and I made good choices... but I just wanted to keep shoving food in my face!
I've been working really hard at the house, remodelling. I think that the extra labor has finally kicked in some kind of hungry mode. I'm probably burning a lot of extra calories - but it's not showing on the scale. That's for sure. I showed a 1 lb gain this morning! I'm not too concerned about it, it's also that time of the month. I've always found that a couple extra hundred calories helps me out. I've also been eating saltier foods than I should be... these things to work on - always a new project :)
