I’m finally losing weight again 🙌🏻 Praise Jesus! I’ve been stuck in a fast all day (because I’m not hungry) binge when I wake up during the night cycle for a year. So frustrating and depressing. I’ve been forcing myself to eat meals and not eat empty carbs (I’m only eating protein, fat, fruits and veggies) then I don’t binge on carbs when my dogs wake me up to let them out in the middle of the night (they’re old). I’m going to keep making myself eat 3 meals a day, even when I’m not hungry, to prevent binging. It’s so miserable & isolating being trapped in an unhealthy cycle.
