It is definitely a process that takes time. I think we all feel like we will never get to where we desire to be but that is why you come here for support. Keep logging in your journal and look toward your FSF for encouragement. You will get there

The struggle is real. I did great the first couple of weeks, but the past couple - not so much. I’m encouraged by the support here. Every day is a chance to start new. Every meal is a chance to make better choices. We can do this!

It is a struggle. Losing is not fast. It can be done! Think of all the great health benefits and extra energy a bit of weight loss will do. Patience, persistence, logging, etc do work.

A couple of things that helped me stay the course was to not cut calories too drastically and eat more protein to keep me satisfied longer. It does seem like it takes a long time, but slow and steady is better than nothing at all! You can do it!!
